Overlooking a beautiful canal, this quirky hotel on the 5th floor had a charming picnic area and free WiFi. They even lend DVDs and offer bike rentals!
Absolutely loved the fact that the hotel only has one floor in the entire building. So exclusive, darling!

It was worth its 4 stars. Don't forget to dine at Meritahti, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we loved it. Rooms were bright & spacious❤😃

Title: A Wonderful Stay
I would have preferred if the staff working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been nice to have assistance available, especially when carrying luggage or asking for directions.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful waterside location of the hotel, which offered a peaceful retreat from the city centre. The staff was also very friendly and available to help us with any questions we had. Additionally, the cozy and clean rooms, with comfortable beds, made for a great stay. Finally, the convenient location close to public transportation made it easy to explore the city, even without a car.
Nothing for us.

I got great value for my money at Aida Hotel in Helsinki. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with a nice view from the window and tram stop just outside. The staff treated me well and were very helpful and friendly.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better is if there were more variety of hot dishes available.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and hospitality we received during our stay at Aida. The staff went above and beyond to make our early morning check-out easier by preparing sandwiches for our group. The cleanliness and brightness of the rooms were a bonus, especially the well-lit bathroom. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center via tram. we would highly recommend Aida for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Helsinki.

Aida Hotel is my go-to place in Helsinki. The staff helped me with my heavy baggage on my first stay, and I've been a regular ever since. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, a restaurant, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. Perfect for weekends!

A Spacious Bathroom with a Rain Shower
During my stay, I couldn't help but marvel at the bathroom in my guest room. It was like stepping into my own private rainforest! The rain shower was so refreshing, it felt like being gently cleansed by Mother Nature herself. The spaciousness of the bathroom made getting ready in the mornings a breeze, and I never had to worry about bumping into any walls. It was truly a luxurious experience.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the ventilation in the room. As there were no openable windows, I couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, with beautiful views and plenty of pubs and walkways nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially loved the luxurious bathroom with the lingonberry shower gel and shampoo. The staff here were so kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options and the hotel provided great amenities like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

The location of this hotel just near the port is very convenient for business travelers, as it is not far from the city center and very close to the ferry terminal for Tallinn. the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable, with great views of the canal and the bridge. the staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
The reception is not available 24/7, which might be inconvenient for some guests who arrive late at night and need assistance.

Great location close to the ferry terminal and picturesque surroundings. The room was clean and well-equipped. Nice staff that was helpful and polite.
The breakfast was a disappointment, with limited variety and not well-equipped. The room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy and there was no way to cool it down.

The room had a beautiful view and was very clean. the hotel offered a variety of breakfast options in a nice common room/kitchen. the hotel's location was convenient as it was not in the crowded city center but still easily accessible by public transportation.
The hotel's communication could have been better, as there were some delays in responding to emails. some guests may find it unexpected that the hotel is located in the fifth floor of a modern business center.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice TV and a view of the canal and bridge. the location was great, with the tram stop nearby and the harbor within walking distance. It was peaceful being near the sea.
The bathroom was quite cold and the floor wasn't warmed, plus there were no curtains, so water was everywhere after taking a shower. the lack of a shelf for bath tools was inconvenient.
